Tipica casa colonica di fine '800, ha cinque camere doppie con bagno e due appartamenti per 2/4 persone, tutti ristrutturati negli anni ’90 ed arredati utilizzando mobili e letti del secolo scorso, appartenuti un tempo allo zio Luigi, alle zie gemelle o ai nonni, che in questa casa hanno trascorso una parte importante della loro vita.
Ogni camera si affaccia sul balcone che porta alla splendida terrazza panoramica-solarium da cui si gode la magnifica vista sulle Langhe in un'atmosfera serena e distensiva
L’ ampio cortile con parcheggio è a disposizione degli ospiti che sono totamente indipendenti e liberi di organizzare la propria giornata approfittando delle numerose opportunità di svago offerte dal territorio.
DESCRIPTION: In the wonderful setting of the Langhe hills, on the way to La Morra from Annunziata hamlet, you will find this farm run today by Andrea and Severino following a biological method (ICEA certified) which is the family farm tradition since last century.
The old family house above the wine cellar was renovated in 1992 and turned to “agriturismo” which is the ideal solution to spend a quiet and restful holiday in nature.
It has 5 double rooms with bathroom and two little flats with all facilities for 2/4 persons. The house also has a big courtyard with reserved parking as well as a wonderful 150 square meter terrace equipped with small tables, deckchairs and rocking chairs to fully enjoy an exciting 360° view sweeping from Langhe hills to the Alps.
In the surroundings you can practice some trekking on foot through “Sentiero del Barolo” or by bike visiting La Morra and the small villages around, well known for the striking view, their castles, their food and good wines.
