The structure is situated in a modern building in the heart of the commercial, cultural, historical centre of the city.

Le camere tipicamente arredate in stile "Arte Povera Siciliana" mantengono anche oggi la loro accogliente atmosfera e combinano comodità ed eleganza. Sono spaziose, ben arredate e dotate dei migliori confort per garantire agli ospiti il più gradevole dei soggiorni.
Tutte le camere hanno bagni privati, frigobar, tv, impianto di climatizzazione e sono fornite di letti in ferro battuto.
Completano la struttura una tranquilla e riservata sala colazione ed una sala tv, decorate con i colori del Mediterraneo, ed arredate con arredi tipici in ferro battuto, castagno massiccio, maiolica, ceramica, pietra lavica, ornamenti di terracotta.
The rooms are furnished in simple sicilian style, maintaning still their welcoming atmosphere and combine confort and elegance; spacious and well furnished, they are equipped with all amenities to guarantee guest the most pleasant stay. All rooms have their own bathroom, minibar, tv, air-conditioning and are furnished with wrought iron beds. The agreeable guest breakfast room and the television room are decorated with mediterranean colors and furnished with typical furniture in wrought iron, chestnut tree, majolica, ceramic, lava stone, terracotta ornament.

Il B & B è a 5 minuti a piedi da Piazza Duomo e dalla caratteristica Pescheria. A pochi passi dalla Villa Bellini e dalla Fiera, il più grande mercato all'aperto della città. A pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e dalla stazione dei pullman. In pochi minuti si può raggiungere la nostra bellissima costa e i lidi balneari. Alle spalle della struttura vi è anche un grande posteggio custodito.
La posizione strategica della struttura consente al turista di avere a portata di mano sia i luoghi di maggiore interesse architettonico (il Duomo, Palazzo Biscari, l'Anfiteatro Greco, il Teatro Massimo Vincenzo Bellini ecc.), sia la più ampia gamma di offerte per lo svago, lo shopping ed il divertimento (Nelle immediate vicinanze, infatti, si trova Via Etnea, ricca di negozi, bar e locali).
E per chi cercasse un pò di vita mondana, la sera il Centro storico pullula di movimento, con un gran numero di pub, ristoranti e ritrovi con tanta bella gente che passeggia fino a notte inoltrata
The B & B is at 5 minutes by walking from Piazza Duomo (Cathedral Square) and the characteristic open fish market "Pescheria".
It is very close to "Villa Bellini" (Public Garden) and to "La Fiera", the greatest open market of the city.
It is a few minutes away from the railway station and the bus station too.
In a few minutes you can reach our beautiful coast and the beaches.
Behind the structure there is a great guarded parking place. The strategic position of this structure allows to have at hand both the most architectural monuments (the Cathedral, Biscari's Palace, the Greek Theatre, University Square, Teatro Massimo Vincenzo Bellini and so on) and the widest range of offer for your spare time, shopping and entertainments (right close to us there's the most important commercial street of the city, the old "Via Etnea", rich of shops, bars and night-clubs). The historical centre at night swarms of movement with a great number of pubs, restaurants, cinemas, theatres and night-clubs and so much beautiful people that walks up late at night.
