L’appartamento, arredato in maniera classica con parquet e marmo, dispone di infissi insonorizzati, riscaldamento autonomo, una cucina completamente attrezzata con lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, frigo e di un disimpegno in cui mangiare.
Le stanze, una con bagno interno e le altre due con bagno in comune entrambi con doccia, sono spaziose e arredate con cura: dispongono di aria condizionata, tv con dvd, asciugacapelli e sono fornite della biancheria necessaria.
The apartment is furnished in a classical style with parquet and marble floors, is sound-proofed with double glazing, and has independent central heating and a completely fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, and a dining area.

Completamente ristrutturato e situato al I° piano con ascensore, l’appartamento si trova a pochi passi (5 min. a piedi) dal Colosseo, dalla Basilica di San Giovanni e dalla Chiesa di Santa Maria Maggiore.
La zona è un ottimo punto di partenza per andare alla scoperta della nostra meravigliosa città: a piedi infatti si possono raggiungere P.zza Venezia, i Fori Imperiali, Fontana di Trevi, P.zza di Spagna, Via Veneto e le vie più rinomate per lo shopping come Via dei Condotti, Via Frattina e Via del Corso. E’ servito da mezzi pubblici, metropolitana (fermate “Colosseo” e “Manzoni”) e la Stazione Termini è a soli 10 min. a piedi
The apartment, which has been completely remodernised, is situated on the first floor (with lift), and is just a short distance (5 minutes on foot) from the Colosseum, from the Basilica of San Giovanni and from the church of Santa Maria Maggiore.
