La Casa per Ferie sorge all’interno del complesso storico formato dalla Chiesa di S. Maria della Pietà del 1745 e dai cinquecenteschi Palazzi Ca’ Cappello e Gritti.
La struttura si trova agli ultimi piani, con l’accesso ad un’ampia terrazza che permette una veduta panoramica di tutta la città.
L’ubicazione è strategica, a due passi da San Marco e dalle più importanti linee pubbliche e private di navigazione.
Per raggiungere la Casa per Ferie è sufficiente arrivare a San Zaccaria. La struttura, collocata al terzo piano, si raggiunge entrando da un antico portone
e salendo con un comodo ascensore.
