Le stanze a disposizione degli ospiti sono tre, due doppie corredate ciascuna di un armadio a muro esistente nel piano originario della casa, scrivania e comodini, ed una quadrupla (due letti matrimoniali).
La casa contiene inoltre due stanze da bagno entrambe finite di ristrutturare nel Febbraio 2007, completamente nuove, una accessoriata con vasca da bagno ed una con una grande doccia.
There are three rooms, two of them are double, in which there is a wardrobe, that exist since the original pianification of the house, a desk and a side tables ; the other room is a quadruple whit two double beds
In the apartment there are also two bathrooms, both restructured in February 2007, competely new, first one is equipped whit a bathtub, the other whit a great shower
