La tenuta si trova in località La Fighera , a circa tre chilometri da Fertilia ed a circa 10 chilometri dal centro di Alghero, cittadina catalana della Sardegna.
La struttura, di recentissima costruzione, è completamente immersa nel verde, un grande prato inglese la separa dalla vigna e dalla restante campagna.
