Tipica costruzione rurale iblea dall'ononimo antico feudo di circa 52 ettari di uliveto e carrubeto, adibita a residenza estiva nobiliare. Fu edificata intorno alla metà del XIX secolo su un preesistente insediamento agricolo.
DESCRIPTION: It is rural building typical of Iblea having approximately 52 hectars of olive and carob trees having once been a summer residence belonging to the nobility. It was built in the mid 19th Century on a pre-existent agricultural settlement.
La struttura dispone di sette caratteristiche camere ricavate dai locali un tempo adibiti a stalle, fienili e magazzini divise in due doppie, quattro triple ed una quadrupla.
Tutte le stanze hanno bagno autonomo, climatizzatore, tv satellitare, telefono, frigobar, cantinetta vini, asciugacapelli, cassetta di sicurezza . E' incluso il servizio giornaliero di cambio della biancheria bagno e pulizia della camera.
The Estate has 7 bedrooms in the area which was once used as stables, barns and sheds, divided into two double bedrooms, 4 triples bedrooms and one large room whit 4 beds.
All the rooms have own bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, fridge, hair dryer, safe, and small wince cellar. There is a daily service for the changing of bathoorm towels and cleaning of rooms.
